The South Asia Hub provides exceptional capacity building support and training in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, financial oversight, and grant compliance, with significant expertise on Global Fund policies and practices.

Building on our regional experience, the South Asia Hub has developed capacity on a variety of technical issues related to HIV, including prevention, care and support, as well as related issues such as sexual and reproductive health (SRH), tuberculosis co-infection, human rights, and gender. We have particular experience with HIV programming for key populations: sex workers; injecting drug users (IDUs)—and notably female IDUs; men who have sex with men (MSM), transgender and hijra populations; young people affected by HIV/AIDS; women; and people living with HIV (PLHIV).
